How long is the delivery?

Expected delivery timeframe depends on the delivery location. Please see the shipping locations and & estimated timeframes below -

Australia – 2-8 business days, standard shipping, or 1-4 business days with express shipping via Australia Post

New Zealand – 7-14 business days

US and Canada –  6-15 business days

Europe- 7-14 business days, in some countries up to 20 business days

Asia – 7-15 business days

Middle East & Africa – 10-25 business days

Where do you ship from?

We are based in sunny Perth, Australia. All our orders are currently shipped from our local warehouse, this helps us to carefully check each and every bottle to only offer the best quality.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with your tracking number.

Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking number to be updated.  If you didn’t receive a shipping confirmation email or have any other questions regarding your shipping, please contact our Team so we can help you out.

Can I edit my order or change my address?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel, change or update the details of the order. This is to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner. If you need to change the delivery address after the order shipped you need to contact our delivery partner. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that they are able to accommodate your request.

Will I be charged customs & import duties?

Depending on the value of your order you may be subject to customs or import duties. The delivery cost for international online orders does not include any applicable import taxes and customs duties. It is up to the receiver of the parcel to cover any applicable import taxes and customs duties for your order. Please be aware that duties and taxes are assessed on the combined value of the goods in your parcel and these charges can vary from country to country and are out of our hands.

We recommend contacting your local customs authorities to calculate additional duties and taxes prior to placing an order with us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I get an exchange or a refund?

AUSTRALIA

We currently accept returns for store credit within Australia only. Please note, your product must be unused and returned within 30 days of your order being delivered. Unfortunately, used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Belux Bottle is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. We suggest using a trackable service as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

REST OF THE WORLD

Unfortunately at this stage, we won’t be able to offer exchanges or returns. Please choose carefully as we want you to be 100% satisfied with your stunning Belux Bottle.

What happens if my order is incorrect or faulty?

The Belux Bottle team does a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers.

We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at hello@beluxbottle.com within 14 days from the date your order is delivered with your order number, photos of the faulty/incorrect item and any other important details.
