Our bling bottles are not only pretty but also functional! They are leak-proof and made from double-wall 304-grade premium stainless steel. Stainless steel is a non-toxic, BPA-free material that is sustainable and perfect for long-term use.

The Diamond collection is carefully hand embellished with over 4000 high-quality glass crystals, each applied one by one for the ultimate quality.
Our Glam collection is designed with glass crystal mesh. Thousands of crystals have been secured in place with the mesh that keeps crystals in place while minimising any fallouts.

If you ask our glam team then we think they are all stunning and you should match one to every outfit, to every mood, and embellish every moment.
White design is very versatile and suits most outfits from the gym to nights out at the theatre.
Black designs are the least sparkly but super glamorous!

USE & CARE
Is my Belux Bottle dishwasher and microwave safe?
Belux Bottles are hand-wash safe, please don’t wash your bling bottle in the dishwasher or heat it in the microwave. High temperatures will damage the adhesive used for securing the stunning crystals in place.
How do I take care of my Belux Bottle?
Belux Bottles are easy to clean and should be washed regularly.
All our bling bottles are hand-wash safe, please don’t wash your bling bottle in the dishwasher. We recommend using warm soapy water and a soft cloth to clean the rhinestones. It is best to use a soft bottle brush to clean the inside of the bottle.
Please don’t submerge your drink bottle in water for an extended period of time.
Let it air dry or dry with a hand towel.
Our bottles are not suitable for microwaving or keeping in the freezer. If you like to drink cold
water then pop some ice cubes in the bottle and your drink will stay cool for 12-24 hours.
Will my Belux Bottle lose crystals?
Our Diamond collection bottles are carefully hand-embellished to the highest quality to make sure the crystals will stay in place for long!
Our Glam collection is made with crystal mesh technology that keeps the crystals securely in place and minimises any fallouts.
All Belux Bottles come with a bag of crystals if over time you happen to lose any.

Where do you ship from?
We are based in sunny Perth, Australia. All our orders are currently shipped from our local warehouse, this helps us to carefully check each and every bottle to only offer the best quality.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with your tracking number.
Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking number to be updated. If you didn’t receive a shipping confirmation email or have any other questions regarding your shipping, please contact our Team so we can help you out.

Will I be charged customs & import duties?
Depending on the value of your order you may be subject to customs or import duties.
The delivery cost for international online orders does not include any applicable import taxes and customs duties. It is up to the receiver of the parcel to cover any applicable import taxes and customs duties for your order.
Please be aware that duties and taxes are assessed on the combined value of the goods in your parcel and these charges can vary from country to country and are out of our hands.

Can I edit my order or change my address?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel, change or update the details of the order. This is to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner.
If you need to change the delivery address after the order shipped you need to contact our delivery partner. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that they are able to accommodate your request.
What do I do if I haven't received the order confirmation email?

Customers have 14 days from the date the goods are delivered to claim a refund or exchange a faulty product.

We currently accept returns for store credit within Australia only. Please note, your product must be unused and returned within 30 days of your order being delivered. Unfortunately, used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Belux Bottle is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. We suggest using a trackable service as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
REST OF THE WORLD
Unfortunately at this stage, we won’t be able to offer exchanges or returns. Please choose carefully as we want you to be 100% satisfied with your stunning Belux Bottle.

The Belux Bottle team does a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers.
